ZTR is a top yielding stock of a bond fund. It has a too low valuation compared to its assets, as with a monthly dividend it yields 10.3% at $3.84.

as of June, 39% is in treasury bonds, and 14% is in t-bills. Yield's almost 11%. Even though the long-term price trend isn't great, the distributions, and/or reinvestment, long-term make the absolute returns satisfactory. 9%/yr according to CEFconnect.
