This is a speculation and a story stock. This is a pure play on Wimax, in that they hold licenses in all the major markets. XO is the rollup of the busted CLECs at about a nickel on the dollar. The company is finally rolling out the fixed-base wireless service. We'll see how good they are at selling product.... If it works, well, there could be some very long bucks here.
