The firm is one of only two major money transfer services. I like the fact that it weathered the great recession well, barely missing a beat in the 08-09 timeframe. YTD there is moderate growth while valuation is truly compelling, with a forward p/e ratio not far over 10x and a free cash ratio (operating cash flow - capex)/market cap that is around 8%.

Payment processing systems (such as WU, V, MC, D, AMEX....) will grow with the rebound of the entire USA market system along with the rest of the financial system.
