The best and most sound weight loss program out there. The point system is changing how people think about eating. With obesity becoming the new 'smoking' , people are pressured to lose weight. In my experience as a physician, the people who lose a significant amount of weight and keep it off for a significant amount of time participate in Weight Watchers.
