All of wsbc TARP funds have be repaid to the Goverment. Overhead is improving. Capital will be sufficient such that commericl loans will not be a severe hardship as expected by others for a large segment of the banking industry. Wesbanco while serving a somewhat depressed area, dept is not as much as a problem as in more afluent areas.
