Fuel prices expected to decline into 2009 - this company is expected to have improved profits. Estimates of nearly 100K trucks were forced off the road by high operating costs meaning decreased copetition.

Company is solid, with no debt. It recently paid out a divident bonus, indicating mgmt's positive outlook. Well positioned to take advantage of an eventual rebound, also has good exposure/contacts with China. Company has diversified into global transportation services, giving it a much broader source for revenue.

ownnership keeps pulling capital company instead of investing in the company.Management are receiving high bonuses and every aspect of the company has performed poorly.
