MHC that is demutualizing. All proceeds from the second step will become equity. Trading at a significant discount to that number, 70% of TCE post second step .

VPFG is a stable island in the finacial world. It continues to earn a profit in the turbulant time the finacial stocks are in. I believe it's recent price reduction is not indicative of its performance.
