Valley National Bank's conservative lending practices lead to a extremely stable bank, but do not produce the revenue and earning growth that draws investors. However, it's 5+% dividend yield backed by a solid ledger makes this an outstanding income… More

Valley National Bank's conservative lending practices lead to a extremely stable bank, but do not produce the revenue and earning growth that draws investors. However, it's 5+% dividend yield backed by a solid ledger makes this an outstanding income investment, which is why it is in my portfolio.
