Shaky financials in the past, but hopefully stabilized with this rock solid business, it should be a no brainer for mid term performance. One concern: US military is reducing moves from 3 yrs to 4 yrs, may have an impact in 4 yrs or so in UHAL

Don't like the long-term prospects for U-haul at all. Their management stinks, and the business model is out-of-date.

The recent earnings beat sealed the deal for me. They have four straight quarters of beats now and I like the direction of the business. In this economy affordable, do it yourself options are money makers.
