Well positioned to capture his share + in near future of billions being pumped into infrastructure ,among a few other should have already plowed the fields,and one major boost for the U.S. and globally ,because solid numbers will show in the new job market ,which should help with retail and housing,unlike oil,which cuts back on everything with all the limits and regulation,not to mention were up to our eyeballs in this mess and it's been time to move out of the cave,at least to a tent.China's already making big moves in this area to get set up for the change,and will most likely take longer than most western countries,but the U.S. could easily be free of much of the outdated infrastructure in communication,utilities, the thick air filled smut in many of our major cities, and most important off this dependency of old smold,a NO.1 problem holding back the job markets and life itself.
