Metals are going down when folks realize 2009 is not going to end on an upswing. Which will make this a very good buy to hold through 2010.

TIE will ride the manufacturing recovery upwards and the production of the Dreamliner needs a lot of titanium. Even after bouncing off it's lows of 2011, the stock is undervalued. Well-run company and the dividend is now very attractive, as well.
