High PE is not justified by growth prospects. Stock Price has outrun the rest of the market. Challenges remain in distressed geographical footprint in which they operate: particularly FL and GA markets.

if they pay back the tarp they have the stock will be at 35 within that week of announcement. hopefully in the next few month (i say 3 to 6months) will be announcing the pay back.

It's the regional's time. Earnings call was just excellent - all the numbers are pointing in the right direction. TARP repayment looks to be on the Horizon and earnings are going to follow the ongoing (slow) recovery. A lot of focus on how well they can manage their expenses and generate new revenue but I'm a believer.
