This stock is a nat gas casualty, in part because of the warm northeast winter. Stable business and customer base, and safe dividend will bring it back.

I like the business model; summer delivery of gas grill propane, winter delivery of home heating propane. Same staff runs both businesses. And the home heating side has very high switching costs so subscribers tend to remain loyal. And with oil prices trending up, natural gas as an alternative is even more attractive.
