Lets face it, our dependence on oil is not going to vanish in the next year or so. This company has a great dividend, has a low p/e, strong revenue and eps growth, and consistently puts up profitable numbers. This is a must have combo growth / value… More

Oil demand increases (in China) but need more refineries to keep up with demand. State owned and infusing money into the companies deludes the value for now.

Going to be huge demand for oil and petroleum in China in the coming years. Low P/E Ratio, high Dividend, above the 50 and 200 day SMA lines, and a positive MACD make this stock a no brainer
