Ridiculous P/E in a horrid market for recreational vehicles. Unless it is a necessity, it will be spared. Last time I checked, the housing market wasn't doing that well either.

Expects an improved loss of $2.25 EPS in 2012 and cut its dividend by 50% last quarter. Continuously heading downward with no real end or turnaround in sight. Manageable debt, but too poor of a market for this type of company. Shorting on the jump today and holding for the long ride down.

Strong, well established and well run manufactured housing company. Recreational vehicle divisions have volatility but will be around when boomers need reasonable retirement options. Dividend is has been solid for many years.
