SKT is in the wrong business in the wrong market. Forces beyond its control will wreak havoc on it in the next few years.

This may be a bad pick, but it's been on radar for quite some time. I think it comes down to management and history. They seem steady, stable and boring. Then there is the trend line, which speaks a volume or two. In the absence of a dope-slip (which seems very unlikely), this looks like it'll just keep chugging up.
