SAP buyout will go through. Maybe not at $40 but for a lot more then what the stock is valued today.

Quite possibly the single most overvalued security (over $1 billion anyway) on the NASDAQ. Price is built entirely on past revenue growth; even the rosiest analyst estimates see them trading at over 200 times 2012 earnings -- and how often do analysts UNDERestimate the potential of hyped growth stocks?
