SEP has underperformed the S&P 500 Index, declining 13.45% from its price level of one year ago. Net operating cash flow has increased to $61.50 million or 46.77% when compared to the same quarter last year.

With natural gas prices down, I expect to see higher usage going into the cold season. Housing will eventually rebound and go with gas heat; I don't see any more of a down side on this play. The increased dividend helps the cause- SEP currently has a yield of around 7%. That is tough to beat since SEP appears to have the financial resources to cover their dividend.
