Nice chart, double bottom on november and december. Volumes are growing for a stock which is quite cheap and with a more than good potential.

Long term hold. Nice sized dividend yield along with high growth potential when interest rates return to some sort of sanity. Cash flow is impressive considering the tough climate for this niche.
