Playing whack the mole with the small bank stocks again. If the rally lasts too long, I'll be the one with the headache but given the recent past this rally may not last beyond Friday (9/3).

Since early October 09 the stock has dropped 40% in 6 weeks. Looks like Sandy Spring is in a lot of trouble and some people know it already. Their knowledge is reflected in the sudden and dramatic drop in the stock price.
