Owns mostly A quality core retail centers with national credit anchors like Kroger, Safeway, and the like. Well positioned with minimal financing risk over the next 36 months (unlike 99% of its competitiors). In a strong position to grow as DDR and others are forced to divest of their assets over the next few years.
