Three big reasons I like it:
1) As of 12/31/09, it had terminated all of its domestic credit default swaps (CDS) transactions.
2) It has a book value of 3x its current trading price.
3) It has had 7 consecutive quarters of declining delinquent loans.

A year ago, the company was operating at a net loss and was trading in the $6-7 range. As of this past quarter, they were operating with positive net income and continue to reduce their delinquent loans while improving their risk portfolio by ensuring that they loan to people with good FICO scores. All of this, yet the stock is trading below $3.

Seems like when a company improves their numbers AND reduces their risk it should go the other way. I see this as a potential good buying opportunity.
