This stock will only really see some movement if Barney Frank is able to push through his initiative to bring online gaming back to the United State. PYGMF.PK moved up when there was an announcement about Barney Frank's initiative, and has only been inching upwards slightly. I think this stock could move up if online gaming is allowed back into the US, but until then, I expect this to remain relatively flat, especially compared to the S&P.
