Looking at a long-term chart... it appears that PCTI cannot rise above $10. Volume has been very low over the past couple of years which may mean this one is ready to break out or it could continue basing for a while if we get into another bear market. But I love the low volume, think of it as the calm before the storm. When this one really starts rising, the $10 resistance level will look like a minor stepping stone even though right now it looks like a major one.

Rising economic value added (+$13 mil last year), low price-to-terminal value (no growth tv), and relatively low enterprise value to NOPAT make for a good recipe.
