This company appears to be a "one trick pony"; i.e., continually trying to deliver profitability via an unchangiung focus on cost reduction. I have seen nothing yet that would indicate a growing predisposition toward (much needed) innovation or added… More

PACR has transformed itself, despite most investors' lack of awareness. Profits are rising due to the new CEO: costs are low and debts are gone.
