NCIT stock opened at 10.50 on 28 Oct 2005. Fundamentally, the volume is very low and is traded in small blocks. A single purchase can swing this stock .50 or more per share. This stock hit $20+ dollars earlier in 2007. All of this violatility says… More

just took the plunge today, looking for at least a 10 percent rebound in the near future.....one things for sure, there will always be wars to look forward to. Low P/E and price to book is nice also
