Company has lots of liquidity - big wine collection to go with their heavy debt. There has been some modest improvement in the upscale dining category, but with U6 unempoloyment still around 17%, still a tough one to swallow after recent run.

Big debt, small cap, inconsistent earnings, no dividend, why would this be a good investment especially in such a competitive industry?
