Newspapers are dead. This company is a pure-play newspaper operator. They should have diversified or invested more into Internet properties back when they could, but now it may be too late for them to recover. Popping up crazy high based on nothing… More

this is a real estate play that would be trading at $10 if the company was forced to stop operations and the properties went out at auction.

Too much debt + small cap + no dividend + hard hit industry with a not very bright future = bad investment

Did we not learn anything from the last crisis? Heavily indebted companies with no imminent bankruptcy risk that are still generating enough cash flow to pay down debt can be 5- to 10-baggers.
