Mobile Mini, Inc. (NASDAQ:MINI)

CAPS Rating:
5 out of 5

Provider of portable storage solutions and offers a range of portable storage products in varying lengths and widths with an assortment of proprietary security systems, multiple doors, electrical wiring and shelving.

Rating a stock in CAPS consists of three components:

Your call - Will this stock outperform or underperform the S&P 500? Successful picks are measured in terms of whether or not you were correct and by how many percentage points.

Your time frame - A guideline for other members to see whether your thinking is short or long-term. Time frame is also used to calculate the stock rating, but is not used in the scoring of your pick.

Your pitch - Here's your chance to offer more detailed thoughts, analysis, concerns, or the rationale behind your call. The pitch is optional and may be added later.

Each time you rate a stock, CAPS updates the community intelligence for the company, which may or may not change its CAPS rating. For more information, visit the Help tab at the top of the page.

Liquidity is a major concern. With many of their customers being commercial builders, I would suspect their number of bad debts and accounts are probably on the rise. This does not bode well for their continuing cash flow issues. I think their product is great, but I see this coming down to about $1...More

Good play for when the market rebounds and on-site temporary storage is needed. They've used the economic slowdown to position themselves well for the future.

Has a low cost of sales...low cash compared to their debt amount...and I think with the quick increase of troops in Afghanistan the US will have to buy and rent tons of these things to support the incoming Soldiers until they can build the other buildings necessary to support...going higher in 24.
