Despite Low NG prices, they have demonstrated an intrinsic ability to manage. While statements of reserves are somewhat suspect, insider ownership and management's 30+ year tenure with the org shows they're in it for the long haul.

Investors are acting like the company is going BK when they just announced an increase in Capex.
"Quicksilver's 2012 operating budget is primarily directed to advance our new projects to the development stage, two of which are dedicated to oil," said Glenn Darden, Chief Executive Officer.
