Fun Fact! If you're a retail property owner and you have a tenant whose lease expires within the next 12 months, lenders will treat him as a non-tenant and not include him in the valuation! What does that tell you about the retail RE market?

Kite Realty Group is if anything, consistant. Increased consumer sentiment will help lift Retail REITS, I see KRG over $6 near term.

KRG is on the verge of trading into a new range. $5 bottom, $6 cap. With retail sales on the rise, KRG should see an increase in percentage rents. Plus, recent corporate developments will lead to increased Construction income. Been long since $3.78
