Paid a pretty hefty penny for Cad, but this also makes Kraft one of the biggest in the world. Will be a cash flow machine, but the debt burden does scare me. However, at these prices the company and the intrinsic value of the brands have about 50% to rise. 40 is my target.

Kraft's recent purchase of Cadbury helps it expand its popular snack products into both new international markets and new impulse channels.
But the main reason is its focus on quality and ruthless but intelligent cost cutting programs. This will push revenues to the bottom line, as it repays the debt accumulated to pay for the Cadbury purchase.

Kraft Foods, Inc. (KFT), through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the manufacture and sale of branded foods and beverages in the United States, Canada, Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa. It has many of the world's best brand names. At the current price of $28.53, the p/e is about 16¾ and the dividend is over 4%. I believe than much of the recent weakness in the stock is due to dissatisfaction with recent management decisions, especially the Cadbury acquisition. But, with that now factored into the price, the path from here should lead upwards.

Not a 2010, or 2011 pick. 2012-2014 pick. Diversified producer will continue to grow global brands.

With the economy in it's current state the mac and cheese gang will continue to profit. This will benefit their stock performance.
