LJ International Inc. has morphed from a mining-manufacturing-wholesaling operation to a fast growth retail operation in China. Very conservative fiscal policy--little long term debt--3.0 current ratio--market price ($3.09) is almost 20% below book value ($3.84). Guidance (conservative in recent past) projects 2011 earnings at $.49 per share (PE=6.3). Great risk reward ratio---my forecast $4.65 by 12-31-2011.
