Two years ago, much was made of IOC's Antelope-2 well. It was said to flow at the highest rate ever. Surely there was a massive resource underneath! That was two years ago. As far as I can tell, they have not: been able to attract a partner to help develop the field, or even gotten a production permit from the government of Papua New Guinea, let alone actually begin production. I've never shorted a stock with real money, but I have to say I am tempted here.
