Close to its 52 week low, sales are decreasing, and from the looks of it, everyone predicting an outperform has lost points. This one's going all the way down.

Getting costs under control, improved debt/equity ratio, small share buyback, profitable last quarter, good leverage if business picks up

The stock has been beaten down considerably but it is making a turnaround. Insiders own 30% of the company and that shows you they are confident in its future. Also look at this article:

WOW! So I'm now the leader? Wish I started a real position. It does appear that management is working at improving their balance sheet and the insiders own 30% of ChipMos.I am going to watch this one very closely.
