Everything possible at Horace Mann is going to India. Application support, whole systems, network administration, systems work, you name it. There isn't a safe job in IT. The other angle is a complete takeover by Allstate (CEO Lou Lower's former employer). Any time a management position opens up it is filled by someone from Allstate. I hope any school district that is dealing with Horace Mann knows what it is doing! If you want your personal data controlled in India, GOOD LUCK!
