Natty Gas rebound + 6+% royalty payment. US Gov't is pushing Natural Gas as part of their fight against the pipeline from Canada. Somewhere there is an Oklahoma State fan that has been preaching Natural Gas, that is happy.

its going down because of nat. gas prices. might be too soon in this, but over long term, it will be a good entry
