Contemplating HCBK, I feel sad. HCBK is getting crowded out of their bread and butter Jumbo loan market by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Government support of housing market is now weakening one of the few healthy banks to survive the housing debacle… More

Good managment, good dividend, and not crippled from glutonous dealing in subprime. Too bad the big banks took so much cord they could hang themselves, then got rescued by the Gov't to hang itself & us all, in their place!
