With a forward P/E of only 8 it seems that the market continues to discount this projected growth. One of the first companies that should come to mind whenever investors look to benefit from higher oil prices has to be Halliburton. From an earnings standpoint, it has steadily demonstrated an ability to beat expectations and deliver on its bottom line.

Great company with incredible value and prospects for future growth. Good deal with such a low P/E.
