Look at the free cash flow growth, along with expanding dividend and share repurchases. Add to that the fact that the recent market panic has this company selling at a 20% discount to its book value, and you've got an old-fashioned cigar butt of a company. The risks are obvious--weakened consumers and rising commodity costs. But you've got a nice little safety net in FRS, and I would feel comfortable adding this to my retirement account.

FRS has bucked the downward trend. It's a well managed company which has always operated in the black and has never missed a dividend payment.

Additionally, during these times of economic hardship, the public is inclined to change it's habits of eating out to favor restaurants with a history of good food at reasonable prices. I fully expect this company to to continue to thrive which will be evident in the performance of its stock. Price pick - $40.00 - easily
