Reorganization redux; this time the Title giant will stand alone and seperate from the technology company. Housing bubble but Foley will right the ship through the storm.

Title insurance is required for all financed properties and often purchased even if paying cash. FNF has a significant market share, PE of 9 and pays a 3% dividend.
I do own a small position.
