You can't drop your prices to the point were you can't even break even just to get your occupancy up. You attact a certain clientle when that happens and its very hard to dig yourself out of that hole. Wonder what they are going to do in the next year or two when they continue to lose money and can't fill their communities because of price increases and upkeep of their properties...just a thought.
