This company has good upside with a great balance sheet and almost no debt. Especially in contrast to its peers in the industry. Natualr gas prices are headed south and gas plays like EOG will suffer. Look to back up the truck on this stock in the Spring, but too much risk now.

EOG is a quiet, consistent performer. The business strategy and model has not changed appreciably since the company was spun off by ENRON Corp in 1999. EOG's leadership continues to focus on cost control and opportunistic strategic and tactical goals that make it an industry leader. It's lack of seeking publicity and the spotlight is counter to its performance and peer group.

This company has good upside with a great balance sheet and almost no debt. Especially in contrast to its peers in the industry. In the next few years I feel that the price of Natural Gas and this stock could fluctuate greatly (Up-down-sideways). I personally have become very adverse to companies that have over leveraged themselves. I hear the rational of the other companies in this sector as to why they have done this but I just don’t like where it could leave them if NG prices drop or stagnate for the next few years. I'm going to try and dollar cost average a position onEOP while prices are relativly low.
