There is a lot of development to be had in Chile. Although EOC does face vulnerability to dry weather spouts, (primary power source is hydropower), it will continue to have construction & expansion projects as more and more Chilean communities are only now receiving access to electricity.

If you are a socially conscious investor, this one is a disaster. The Hidro-Aysen hydroelectric project, opposed by a large majority of Chilean citizens, is proposed to support mining interests and will inundate and deforest large swaths of Chile.
