Ennis has kept its same $.155 quarterly dividend since October 1996 and has kept its dividend consistent through a number of up and down markets. This makes a good company, selling below book value yielding 8.1%... a good way to wait for the upswing.

This company screams consistency. Its revenues and profits, with the exception of a loss in '09 stemming from a one-time expense, fluctuated much less than most companies over the tumultuous past years. The company has a strong balance sheet. Selling just under 10x earnings and paying 3.6% to shareholders, this company certainly seems like a worthwhile investment.

Historical trend of this company shows that the stock occasionally breaks a PE of 15. It's coming off of a low point. Trusting CAPS and the good-old boring products, consistent earnings formula.
