On 3-21-11, Dawson bought TGC Industries (TGE) for $157 million, TGC has $13 million in cash $77 million in recent equipment acquisitions, 14 operational crews. Revenues for TGC are just beginning to ramp up, $32 mil in 4q10. This is a steal. Only… More

fracking and methane.summer nat gas price.flooding doesn't favor seismic activity.I love the company, but these are significant headwinds for a business that is currrently losing money.
