Are you kidding me? This co is managed by the same type of greeks that were stating their budget is ok. They kept screwing the shareholders ever since this stock was $120/share.

02-10-12: Petrobras Announces 26 New Deepwater Rigs; More than Expected: Petrobras announced plans to build 26 new deepwater
drilling rigs in Brazilian shipyards with deliveries scheduled over the next 45-90 months. PBR is set to lease 21 rigs from Sete Brasil
for $530,000/day and five rigs from Ocean Rig at $548,000/day. The rigs will be required to have 55-65% local content. Sete Brasil
already oversees 4.6 billion and is planning to build seven offshore drilling rigs for Petrobras.

As the world markets begin to recover oh so slowly, this fleet of ships will icrease their delivert's around the worlf on the road of recovery. I see a bright future and a return too 7150. TO $200. DOLLARS A SHARE.
