Technical short on Technology. This IT company had their first YOY revenue decline in years. Think the sector is in for some more hard times (like, who doesn't know this).
PEG is 1.7 and Enterprise value is 8.4 times EBITDA.

Take a look at the 3 or 5 year chart on this company. Moves cyclically between roughly $20/share and $41/share and has a clear price floor around $22. I am a buyer of this stock below $30, and a major seller anywhere above $36. Should recover just fine from the loss of Symantec as consumers shift purchasing to the internet, thus requiring more e-commerce solutions.

What a tremendous bargain. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity. DRIV is down from 52wk high of $41.20 to recent $25.86 and appears to have bottomed out. The stock price includes over $10 in cash per share with no debt. This means that the company is not going out of business, and the true price of the stock is only $15.00.

Don't take my word for it though at this truly opportune moment: CEO Joel Ronning purchased $5,013,000 worth of stock on Nov 9 between at about $25.80, and I quote Mr. Ronning "I've watched the [stock price] go up and down over the years, and every time it's been down, I've kicked myself for not buying. I swore I would buy the next time it went down," Mr. Ronning said. "This time, I quit kicking myself and actually made the move."

Its so nice to see a CEO kick a$$ and put his money where his mouth is when most of the pansy insiders out there today are selling their company stock.

Showed up on a screen for solid 5 year growth with low debt, cash on hand and still at attractive P/E ratios.

The recent sell off makes me nervous but I think it's still fundamentally sound.
