I admit to a little bit of fortune telling here, but I think DPS is a bit of a sacrficial lamb for Cadbury. I've seen other posters mention Cadbury success--well, unloading your debt on a spinoff doesn't hurt!--But DPS pays the price. Combine that… More

Share buybacks and long term debt reduction should help here. Dividends also help. No long track record of dividends here yet, but then this company has not existed long enough to have a decades long record of steady dividends.
