It's all about the dividends, this trust has moved 6% in 20 years and there's no reason to change.

10 year owner, I'm taking the dividends to the max this is not an apple or netflix but I've reinvested all the dividends & I'm perfectly satisfied to leave this to my grandchildren & hopefully help them pay for their education. I notice WALL STREET hates this stock, which gives me more of a reason to buy. I guess they can't screw the holders out of to much. I've read there's a high fee involved to maintain this stock, I don't see that reflected in my gains, although it is hard to to tell as my purchases have been spread over good times and bad

Do this for the dividend. It just pays and pays. And, at 8%, it's hard to beat. I'm a value investor, but I like to make a little return on my parked cash. Here's the place to park it.
